Welcome to the Kundalini & Hatha 200 hrs Yoga Teacher Training Course in Vrindavan, World Capital of Hatha and Bhakti Yoga. Here you will learn the ancient secrets of Kundalini Master rishis and how to apply these techniques to your personal practise, expanding soul evolution, and once you gain mastery, to the greatest benefit of humankind.

What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini is the Shakti feminine energy in every one of us. Coiled like a snake, three and a half times around itself with its tail in its mouth, it lies dormant in muladhara chakra, the root chakra, at the base of the spine. To arouse the serpent energy from slumber, specialised yoga techniques are practised. When the serpent unleashes it bolts up the spine like a volt of copper, piercing through each chakra on its upward journey and it comes to rest in Sahasrara, the crown chakra, where it conjoins with Shiva.  The practise of Kundalini Yoga requires focus and dedication, over a period of time. Mastery may take a lifetime or even lifetimes.

What is Hatha Yoga?

Hatha yoga is the union of sun and moon or union of active and passive or muscaline and feminine energy. Here student practicing find the balance of the body, breath and mind. The aim of hatha yoga is to awaken the hidden energy and to build physical and mental strength. There are so many therapeutic benefits of hatha yoga to cure different kinds of diseases also. Founder of yoga is Lord Shiva and later on Sage Patanjali make yoga more systematize for the humanity. This is also called Raja Yoga which means Royal path. It is very systematic and scientific path to achieve peace in our life.

The benefits of Kundalini and Hatha Yoga.

Increases vital energy and longevity. Puts a spin in every cell in your body. Purification and refinement. Shining eyes. Clarity and focus. A sense of bliss.

What is the difference from other Yoga styles?

Hatha yoga, applies to all physical yoga, asana and pranayama. Kundalini Yoga is a deeper more esoteric level of awakening soul awareness, focusing on Shakti serpent energy, (which lies dormant until aroused). The goal is to unite Shiva/Shakti, the divine inseparable lovers in sahasrara the crown chakra. Fusing the divine feminine and masculine within, and making us whole.

Different styles of Kundalini Yoga.

Tantra, a mother cult, is the most ancient way on our planet. Tantra is the alchemical marriage of Shakti/Shiva. Without Shakti energy, Shiva is but a corpse. Kundalini belongs to us all, as the deep latent energy, waiting to awaken.
We are all inclusive. Both of traditional masters and modern day masters of Tantra, such as Osho, Yogi Bhajan and Yogiraj Mani Finger who developed ISHTA, Integral Science of Hatha and Tantric Art.
